A non-refundable & non-transferable deposit is required to schedule each appointment, which will be deducted from the total price. If you cancel your appointment, you will simply forfeit your deposit.
You can reschedule your appointment once with a min 24 hours notice. Less than 24 hours or reschedules made more than once (twice), even with 24 hour notice, will be forfeited.
Please arrive on time; if you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled.
Touch up & refreshers are for returning NuTatu clients only. New clients must book an initial appointment. Please note the initial appointment does not include a touch up. Touch up must be completed within 6 months of the initial appointment.
All previously tattooed brows MUST be approved prior to booking. Clients that have not obtained approval before booking may result in losing the deposit. Kindly email photos to [email protected]
